I have an old iMac which is used a lot just for mail and surfing the web. I really love the little machine. It has been running "woody" for a long time without any problems. But this weekend I decided that I would go ahead and get "Sarge" running on "Liz". I currently have two Intel machines already running "unstable" and would have a backup if anything would fail. But Debian ist really cool! I removed some kde stuff because I don't use it. Changed the \etc\apt\source.list and made the upgrade. And my little iMac went ahead, downloaded almost every package installed, and is now running "Sarge" if nothing has happened. Only a few Desktop settings in Gnome didn't survive the Upgrade from Gnome 1.4 to Gnome 2.4.
